I got it for hiking and especially backpacking, because wool provides good insulation when it's chilly out even if it gets wet but breathes well when the temp is warmer; has natural anti-microbial/odor properties; etc. Cotton is kind of not great if it gets wet from rain or perspiration, you can get really chilled from it, even dangerously so. Synthetic is another option, and a lot of my outdoor clothing is synthetic, but it just does not seem like it can be good for a lady to wear synthetic undies.

Possibly kind of gross/TMI for some people but oh well.

I didn't realize that cotton undies could make you "dangerously" cold, if they got wet -- but that makes a lot of sense. Hell, they sound super cozy for the winter months even if you don't hike all that often!

*resists urge to buy wool undies for self as well*

Republican reform is coming, and if I want to be a part of it I'm going to have to be the change I want to see in the world.

As such, this group will aim to challenge some traditional republican positions that played a role in costing us the election.

But more than that, we will try to create some conservative policy solutions that address the issues most important to young voters.

One of our biggest current issues is the distance between the policy makers and young voters.

Hopefully I can come up with a business plan/strategy good enough to tap into my connections in the Florida Republican donor base.
I may not be a Republican, and I may disagree with you on a whole lot, but I think it's a good thing that you're trying to do. This past election cycle, I'd watch the news and hear some of the insanity that Republican candidates were spouting -- e.g. the "legitimate rape" thing -- and I'd feel so sorry for the rest of the Party. Some of my liberal friends kept saying that it's good news, that the crazier the Republican party gets, the more likely it is that our candidates win -- but that's really bad for the two-party system.

Well probably just the one garment wouldn't be dangerous, but wet cotton pants/long johns and shirt can definitely be a hypothermia risk, depending on conditions.

Like I said, the purchase was something of a luxury

People are not insane because you disagree with them or because they use more emotional reasoning than yourself.

is that why horny girls wear no underwear? because it's a hypothermia risk when it gets wet?

If a chick tells me she's wearing no underwear, I know what to say now. "have you considered wearing WOOL?"
