Music provides one of the clearest examples of a much deeper relation between mathematics and human experience.

Hahah. I just managed to interpret the katakana title of this song which I've been addicted to recently, and it comes out to something along the lines of "Caramel Heaven". I can't wait until I start to attempt to figure out the lyrics; it should be amusing. It's so fast at points that I don't know if that will ever happen, though....

Do random thoughts actually exist? Is there any random thought in existence?
And the answer is random thoughts no more exist than Zeus or Poseidon.
But of course we appear to have random thoughts just as the Sun appears to go round the Earth.
In fact our unconscious self knows what it wants and having decided what it wants, puts the appropriate thought into our head.
But having a pathological ego we think we made the thought.
And when we don't know where the thought came from, we say it is random. And so we have the Random Thought Thread.

you, you got what I need, but you say he's just a friend, you say he's just a friend...

there is a finite amount of resources in the universe, there is a finite amount of resources on earth. if we reached the magical number where the human population never exceeded that which the land could support but capitalism continued in its current trend unchecked, would water and air begin to be privatized as well. we are 70% water, what if it was decided the water inside us was not ours but to be leased out to us and a default in contract would mean repo of that fluid. the outcome your death as a consequence"I'm not in this world to live up to your expectations and you're not in this world to live up to mine.
