Man, if you knew what INFP shadow mode felt like, you'd sympathize! It is one big barrel of roiling, repressed angst.

(It's probably just about as bad as your ESTJ shadow mode, if I understand that correctly from my INFP forum friends?)

Lol and that usually comes from INTxs who shouldn't talk. SJs will always be the most fun and exciting type.

I feel you. I am the definition of teenage angst when I'm unhealthy.

It's so bad. And I get really melodramatic. I was waxing Fi/poetic earlier today, in the grip of my shadow type, about how someone had "betrayed me" a month or so back -- and I quoted Shakespeare at them.

*holds hand up to your forehead*

    Hmmm... Mmhmm... Yes... Ah....

Just as I suspected... a terrible case of INFPitis. The cure? Listen to lots of emo music, wear black eyeliner, and talk about how sad you are.

Oh wait, that may be the disease...

Did anyone know that Long Island iced tea doesn't really have any tea in it?

Haha same. What causes you to get in the grip of your shadow function? When I was depressed/unhealthy, I used to cry randomly ("this weather touches my soul") and give people I was angry with, rants about the consuming wrath I felt towards them for being inauthentic and not letting me express my "true self".
