every time i see someone complain about something my insides die a little. i don't know why so many have such difficulty accepting the things that are.
Are you complaining about people complaining?
“Everybody has a secret world inside of them. All of the people of the world, I mean everybody. No matter how dull and boring they are on the outside, inside
them they've all got unimaginable, magnificent, wonderful, stupid, amazing worlds. Not just one world. Hundreds of them. Thousands maybe.” -Neil Gaiman
People, when you know you have bronchitis because three other people in your family have had bronchitis and have needed multiple rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it, and you're obviously having problems breathing--GO TO THE DOCTOR ALREADY! No one is impressed by you "waiting it out" because it might just be a virus. And telling me that you're not contagious after three days means nothing because, again, obviously, three of you caught it from each other. I just hope you don't wait until it turns into pneumonia.
“That we are capable only of being what we are remains our unforgivable sin.” ― Gene Wolfe
reminder to self: "That YOU that you are so proud of is a story woven together by your interpreter module to account for as much of your behavior as it can incorporate, and it denies or rationalizes the rest." "Who's in Charge? Free Will and the Science of the Brain" by Michael S. Gazzaniga
And so to sleep, another good day had, work tommorrow and the whole of the rest of the week, going to be damn tired in a fortnights time when it eventually ends. Feeling good now though. Also thinking about the amount of people on this forum someone told me in the recent past were insane. I mean really, not as a joke.
