One little mishap in the kitchen leads to the great flood. What a mess. What a waste of a day and a dollar.

I've a bad throat, its real bad, will be worse by tommorrow and I think its too soon for a sick day, also in a dilemma, think I caught this from one of the residents, they all have constant colds and flus, how am I working there, running the risk of infection going to cope with a sickness policy which says three strikes and you're out? This seems very contradictory.

Your representative owes you, not his industry only, but his judgment; and he betrays, instead of serving you, if he sacrifices it to your opinion.

Maybe at the end of the quarter we should use a mix of red and green, so that before they spend time with their family, they would view something in Christmas colors.
Then they would associate Christmas with bad grades and vice versa. Green-coloured remarks on a paper would come to mean what red ones do now, to carry the same stigma of negativity and scorn. Red is typical for marking papers because it contrasts well against blue and black. Green does not, particularly against a student's writing in blue pen.
