I was talking to someone at work then all of a sudden I wondered why somethings are corrugated/ribbed/waffled (there are items like that around me at work). An engineer type at work told me it increases the objects structrural strength or some such. When asked to explain in more depth he was at a loss as this was a long time ago that he had studied the subject. I proceeded to waste work time to google this phenomenon, I HAD to know. I feel better now.
"The most merciful thing in the world, I think, is the inability of the human mind to correlate all its contents... Some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up such terrifying vistas of reality, and of our frightful position therein, that we shall either go mad from the revelation or flee from the light into the peace and safety of a new Dark Age. " - H.P. Lovecraft

Binge viewing Deadliest Catch while sick and stuck in bed...not sure if happy with this or not...it is satisfying to meet every request with "I'm sick..." though.

I dont play at all now and none of the platforms or gimicks could tempt me to come back to it all again either.
