I finally have proof that "Stockholm Syndrome" is real.

Many weeks ago I heard this song on the radio:

Now, I secretly enjoy MB20 songs as they are catchy and brainless. But this song... Ugh! I hated it upon on first hearing. The lyrics: stupidity personified in a song. The music? Lame!

    Fast forward a few weeks...

I am driving and this song is on and not only have I not A: made a face of disgust or B: changed the station, but I am SINGING ALONG WITH THE SONG BECAUSE I KNOW THE LYRICS.

Something is deeply wrong with me.

Then I realized, I am not the first victim of this horrible crime:

    The End.

    @Saturned

Even the song lyrics seem to imply Stockholm Syndrome.

    *solemn face*

    You've been meta-Stockholm Syndrome'd.

This song drives me nuts...decided to post the "clean" version

Its the ultimate "whoa is me song" when you listen to the lyrics
Take what I say with a grain of salt, because that's all it is compared to the ocean of complexity when it comes to actions and real life.

Yeah, I thought about that too. Then my mind began creating the infinite mirrors syndrome and I decided to just stop.

AHHHH I HATE THAT SONG SOOOOOOOOO MUCH. HOW?!!? HOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW did it become so popular?! I want to crash my car everytime I hear it on the radio.

Edit: Here is another song that makes me want to commit genocide:

What an "empowering" song!! Your entire self-esteem and being are brought up and down depending on what your man thinks of you. AWESOME.

Take the weakest thing in you
And then beat the bastards with it
And always hold on when you get love
So you can let go when you give it

I love Kashmir but since Godzilla I just expect Puffy to cut in over it at any time.

The epic tale of saturned and cheese.

    Cast:
    Saturned: as herself
    Cheese: as delicious
    Wax: as the antagonist
Sun: as the catalyst for the events in this tale

So last week I decided that I Great Idea would be to eat some baby bel cheese in my car on the way to work. As I have already waxed eloquently about... This cheese comes wrapped like a wheel of heaven in wax and crinkly paper. Instead of saving the wrapper in a bag so I can easily toss it out, I stuffed it into a place in my car. Subsequently the sun decided to shine and heat up my car... Melting the wax. Now it's permenently stuck it seems. Except that every time I get in my car I ran for that spot to close my door. Which usually means I get wax on my hand... Which transfers to other objects such as my pants and phone.

Today? It transferred to my face it all of its bright red glistening charm. Fortuneately I went to the locker room before heading to my work out. So only 30 people saw and stared.

    The end.

Some cultures believe that twitching of the eye would attract good or bad luck.
left eye twitch = bad luck
right eye twitch = good luck

I've read that it's most likely potassium deficiency. In that case, must...acquire..bananas.

Another thought - This thread is basically all the other rant threads put together (ie: what are you feeling thread, rant thread, ...).
