I need to stop using the word gay as synonym for lame, it's going to get me into trouble someday. The only reason I do use it is because it's so anachronistically juvenile it makes me laugh. Kind of like affixing -wad or -hole to something to make it offensive.

    What did you do???
I do fifthteen minutes cross training at the limit of my ability then lats, leg press, low row, tricep scissors, leg extention, shoulder press at the limit again (between 35 and 50) then fifthteen or twenty minutes cycle.

Although most nights I cant do the cycle at the minute because I'm tired, I managed it yesterday but today I could just do the cross training and the weight lifting.

I'd tell you to carry on doing so but I have to agree it is likely to get you in trouble.

Its a bit like other words, "nigga" or "wigga", stuff like that, people cant use them.

You remind me of the gay best friend I used have in SF. Sorry if I treated you like that. I miss him.

What. The. Shit!!!! Josh Harris from Deadliest Catch was in MN this past weekend, and I didn't know it! What's worse, he was apparently in the Lake City Water Days parade, which I COULD HAVE BEEN IN FOR FEST! Shoulda gone and worn my belly dancing garb. ;-) Booo!
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

If I keep making a habit of taking hot baths while reading my kindle.... I'm going to drop my kindle in the water at some point.

    But alas. I enjoy it.
