    I see it in the same way as the whole "sit forward" vs. "sit back" TV, shows which make you sit forward and engage your attention and concentration are meant to be "better for you" than the sort of stuff what you can sit back and its like "chewing gum for the eyes", I just get annoyed when it has to be on and is just something he's interested in watching, I love big bang theory and shows like it but I dont watch it with my parents because my mum and dad dont like "American humour" which they think is all about sex and disrespecting people or meanness.
