    No one I've ever known doesn't ask all of the above — including myself.
    One would have to be an absolute idiot to only ask one or the other.

    I don't understand text talk in English or Swedish. It fries my brain, and enrages me. I don't get what's so hard about using proper grammar. Not using caps? I get that, but saying "hey gr8 job! im glad u 1 tht lmao!" is just...No. Stop. Stop yourself. Stop that.

    capitalizing is overly formal, but using real words isn't I've trained my work minions to properly send me texts in real words instead of text speak by now even! text speak in another language, even one that I speak, would be incomprehensible

    Hahahah my prof sometimes replies to emails in text speak. Took me a while to figure out what "10q" meant.
