William James' Varieties of Religious Experience is turning out to be a lot more difficult a read than I'd hoped for.

This afternoon it was snowing blossoms outside. White blossoms, green blossoms, pink blossoms, eet was weally pweetty!
I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower. The TV was obviously on. I used to fly myself and I said, "There's one terrible pilot."

If you don't agree about my MBTI type, you can complain about it here. I've had plenty of people telling me I'm something else, in my reputation box. That's annoying.

I wish our society had a scanning laser thing that scans a room and as the laser thing passes through the objects and materials it automatically sorts things and puts them back into their original position/tidies the room up and stuff. Activates as soon as someone leaves their bedroom.

Potions with different colours allow people to have different super powers for various lengths at a time. The potions have a separate fruity taste according to their colour (eg. pink = strawberry, red = watermelon yellow/orangey = mango) would be cool.

The worst mistake people make in political arguments is assuming that the other side is not trying to do the right thing. This simple oversight makes productive conversation nearly impossible.

I been reading into Memetics following Magic's inadvertant prompting by suggesting that psychology now was comprised of biological/genetics vs. memetics, to be honest I had thought memes and memetics were just so much post-modern verbiage or a reflection of the popularity Dawkinsian reductivism among US academics, particularly liberal ones.

Turns out it could be even worse, see reading about this I wonder when sociology, micro-sociology, psycho-dynamics (particularly some of the theories about complexes and archetypical constellations which Jung theorised about), social psychology etc. all simply ceased to be.

This intellectual landscape appears barren and deserted to say the very least.

Now how to make half a dozen threads about this
