    You know, I wondered after answering that question if double cheeseburgers or chicken fingers with buffalo sauce and ranch are worse for me, because they're both quite tasty, and questionable on fat content, et al.

    I think I'll still go with double cheeseburgers because they're 1) red meat and 2) chicken fingers can be baked instead of fried, if necessary.

    I prefer bacon with eggs or on BLT or club sandwiches.

    I just looked up the nutrition info, and I believe it's about the same either way, if you get those items at a restaurant.

    However, at home chicken fingers can be made in the oven to be crispy without frying them, so that's always a bonus.

    OOOOH also Subway's Buffalo Chicken sandwich with ranch is a stroke of genius on their part...the chicken is grilled and not breaded. One can get wheat instead of white bread, add veggies, and feel partially righteous.
