Wow, I've got some room to up my addiction before I hit bottom. I find that comforting.

I drink part of the time as result of wanting something to do and I go with grabbing a pop or drinking tea instead of eating something. I wonder what the bad effects are of too much caffeine, how much is too much, and if it's better than just being fat.

My legs never stop moving up and down as it is and I take frequent walks around the office.

At this point, I think it's all just psychological comfort. I need the taste, and can almost feel the happy chemicals being released in my brain as I take my first sip. My next coffee bean run, I'm going to get decaf to see if there's too much of a difference.

My legs do the same thing... I find excuses to work standing up. As I control the spice*, I control the universe...

    *Caffeine.

In writing my profile, I wrote that I'm down for anything, but then I realized I could have said up for anything, which led me to wonder if perhaps introverted, melancholic or phlegmatic types use down more often while the extroverted, choleric or sanguine types use up more often.
I got my smile from the sunshine,
I got my tears from the rain.
I learned to dance when I saw a tiger prance,
And a peacock taught me to be vain.
A little owl in a tree so high,
He taught me how to wink my eye.
I learned to bill and coo from a turtledove,
And a grizzly bear taught me how to hug.
But the guy that lived two caves from me,
He taught me how to love.

They've got different nuances to me. Down has a gritty feel to it, like maybe you're gonna do something a little dirty, low down. Up is more neutral.

Hmm... that perception makes sense as well. Welp, down it is then.
