    I need at least 7 hrs to feel "normal". I heard sleep needs tend to decrease as you age.

    First time in my life I'm sleeping 8-13 hours a night, it's awesome!!!

    The last 4-5 months had been really bad.. Some days I could sleep 8 hours, but in shifts.. it was just too noisy and something always woke me regardless of the hour of day.
    I'd be lucky to get 3 straight hours.

    That's because you end up taking naps during the day.

    I nurse my baby during the night and even tho I sleep for 12 hours, it is interupted sleep.

    Today a girl I was talking to used the word "phenomenally" in a sentence...in fact it was "not phenomenally"...

    Her diction was perfect as well...

    I get infatuated with the smallest things...

    Uggggh... that's awful. I need my sleep. I use my fan for white noise, earplugs if that's not enough. I'm a sad little puppy otherwise.
