Typology or other personality-judging systems shouldn't limit our ambitions and future growth/expectations, but all kind of stereotyping does. I find it extremely dangerous, if you start to take it too serious. It becomes even more scary when you understand that you actually often can and people do rely on those stereotypes. The more I think of it the more I understand how all kinds of helping-systems kill creativity (thinking of different ways how to do, explain or understand things) and limit the chance of experiencing different possibilities that may occur.
