I'm from Northern Ireland but I could claim Haggis, Scotland is my second home, we eat black pudding, which you yanks may know as blood pudding. There's potato bread too which I think is pretty unique to here but really nice.It is a luxury to be understood - Ralph Waldo Emerson

We eat corn and cow. O_O I don't think there is any real specific food that originated from my area....except for Anheiser Bush. But I dislike beer so...

People tend to turn up their noses when I explain Menudo, (A soup with tripe and hominey) Also the use of beef tongue tends to gross people out. It's all good. My grandfather used to scramble cow brains on the stove, I've never tried that.

Blood pudding is just so nasty Lark, I never tried it because I know I'd throw up.
Also, I shouldn't be the one talking, I started this Vegemite conversation, and I've tried plenty of gross foods, INCLUDING bwains.
