Coffee is an interesting little bugger in that it can trigger migraine symptoms for some, while actually relieving it for others. I have to watch my coffee intake as well. It sounds like you're getting an early warning. Years ago I drank coffee all day. I can't do it anymore. A couple cups is all I can do, and it has the ability to affect my blood sugar stability. It can crash me into hypoglycemia. Not good. Blood sugar changes can also make you feel weird in the head.A bit like pressure around the frontal lobe, yeah. Not dizzy, though.
