The kind that makes an argument like this.

"The dog just drank a gallon of water, did you forget to give the dog water today? You must have!" Its taking a sign or a symbol of something and then connecting it to things that may or may not be true. And then combined with having the decisiveness of a J type. I see this a lot in Ni doms. (Not all of them.) NJ's in general.

(Oh geez. Its my thread and I can go off topic if I want to!!)
Haha yeah I've seen that before but it's typically intended specifically as a joke because you can tell there's no real basis for it.

I don't really see LA making that sort of joke very much--in fact most of her posts seem to be quite serious and she's usually pretty direct and literal in her meanings.

INFJs also make a lot more discrete "under the radar" jokes that they don't necessarily want others to get...they're far more evasive at times and don't often feel the need to explain exactly where they stand.

Not true of ISFJs, and not true of Lauren Ashley from the threads I've seen.
If you could be anything you want, I bet you'd be disappointed--am I right?

I don't know what to make of this. I do not do this (if that was meant to refer to me).

Simulatedworld, "Seeing multiple perspectives" is a textbook explanation of what Ni is and elementary at best. There are many things that Ni is. One thing I learned from this thread is that it takes an Ni type to know another.

I know ENTJ, I was trying to say a second type. (The idea of the thread!)

Oh, you're right. I'm actually totally uneducated about cognitive functions. Good call.
