    My spell-checker says it's right.

    To my best friend's wife.

The drive to Los Angeles is much more dangerous and takes longer than the flight. It costs about 1/4 as much, though.

Thats just a preference thing. I grew up eating generic mac and cheese and as a result I prefer its dry cheesiness to the premium Kraft stuff.
Okay, now I will get pretentious

Is there something I don't know about Kraft mac and cheese? This is the second time on the thread that it has been made to seem a delicacy. It's macaroni and powder in a box. Isn't that like arguing over the "best" instant coffee or the "best" frozen pizza?

Thank God it's not just me! Of of all my popular culture likes and dislikes, this is the one where I never found a kindred soul.

Well, maybe also intensely disliking Radiohead.

I'm reactionary in my unpretentiousness. I have an aversion to things that seem too "nice". I like particle board furniture, microsoft, starbucks, clothes from the goodwill. That's not to say that I'll accept cheap crap, I like quality but there comes a point where you're just paying for a label.

My friend was solo touring Europe and she said she got so pissed when 2 American backpackers were in Italy, mourning the loss of Stouffer's Mac N'Cheese. Apparently they missed it horribly and were complaining they couldn't get it in Europe (outside of US commissaries of course). So maybe that is how my friend is pretentious. Then again, she's wealthy and well-educated so I guess that's her excuse.

BTW Magic, I'm going to stop trying for 'subtle humor'. Since I was replying to a thread that asked 'how are you pretentious' and then I say 'you spelled this wrong' followed by 'I'm better than a spellchecker' it's like, haha, I'm a grammar nazi, get it? Wow, that was clever.

    No?

    Dammit, never mind.

I'm going to revert to liberal ab/use of emoticons i.e. the flashing neon signs of online humor. Except I'm running out. I think there's goingn to be a shortage of them on the interweb soon if I keep this up...

And I swear if you say this is another example of ENFP waffling... :1377:
