Default Have you ever known someone who committed genocide?

Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?

Hm. I think I might be one, considering all the mosquitoes I've *cough* slaughtered *cough* over the years.

I have. It was during 25th century when Wootoid Empire, upon my commands, performed a well-planned genetic cleansing throughout the galaxy. It went well, and we were done by the time of dinner!

    Why'd you ask?

Once right, when I was in Italy, Slobodan Milosevic was just the other side of the Adriatic Sea

Modernly there has been leaning in western civilizations of claiming moral justification, by air or artillery of bombing citizens for the act of their leaders. This stands despite the form of government. How greater the culpability in a "democratic" form of government. Prior to the first term Bush Jr. had a modest "proposed" foreign policy. By the election of the second term the primary justification for "preemptory strikes" was determined to be false, and civilians made up a significant majority of casualties...In addition the criminal standard for accessory to crime, even accessory to murder has been made more liberal (easier to establish/prove) so yes, so accessories to genocide.
