Not to mention that he's getting loads of publicity from constantly issuing apologies.

    Love the OP! Hilarious!

Swayze and Sega ones are my favorites so far. My friend in Bio class told me what happened.

    OP: awesome

Kanye West sucks as a person and an artist.

Yes that seems to be consistent as a likely culprit /attributing factor.

What he did was rude, yet people, not even celebrities should be "crucified" for a single faux paus (even and extreme one). (i.e. sinead o'connor) If we canít forgive others, then it makes it difficult for us to forgive ourselves and our loved ones.
Not a single faux pas, but the faux pas that is his entire career. He basically makes money off this attention-grabbing shit and makes some weak excuse on why he did it like "I wanted to have baby tourettes" or something to cover his tracks. Making a meme off it just fuels his endless stream of attention-seeking outbursts.

I understand what you are saying, kinda like the saying "there is no such thing as bad publicity as long as they spell your name right."

Do you think that his latest stunt was planned?

Considering the ridiculous amount of times he has pulled this stunt, yes. Not that it would have been exactly what he said that day, but he definitely had a planned outburst.

Agreed. I think he had decided that he'd make his Beyonce statement, no matter who won, whether it was Taylor Swift, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, or whomever. What he didn't count on was that people don't take kindly to jerkwads ruining a 19-year-old's moment in the sun. They got protective of Swift, as they should. He didn't realize he'd done anything wrong until he got booed. However, the state of celebrityhood being what it is, he'll get more rounds of publicity from the apology and be bigger than ever.
