You don't want a Saslou. However, that was very sweet of you.

They are all signed (i think, no they are). No more babies. Yeah, the job offer will come soon hopefully.

I still have some money left over from my redundancy.
I had to pay 1k for this house and to get help with the rent, i had to go onto welfare which is incredibly demoralising. I just keep telling myself that i paid into the system so i am allowed to use it for a short time.
    Hire me .. Recession.
In 2004, the population of the city proper was estimated at 285,100. I heard recently that the unemployment rate was at 28,700 in Leicester. 11.4 per cent.
So far i have applied for 40+ jobs, i have had one interview. I am looking to stay in an admin role. Everyone is in the same boat, people are being made redundant.
The only good thing so far is that courses i take are free. Done 2 already and i am taking another one next month (if i don't have a job offer).

How about going into direct sales?
I'm sure it would be very easy to get work doing that.
You could get started right away.
Salesman can make a lot of money if they work hard.

This article says direct sales jobs are recession proof:

He lives in a large, expensive New York apartment and goes out to expensive restaurants every night and drinks champagne.
