    Default Dressing gowns/robes?

This is the thread to worship the glorious dessing gown/robe for lounging about your house in.

Nothing beats the soft fluffy feel of a brand new full length winter dressing gown.

I just bought another one a couple of days ago, and after my bath I just love to wrap my naked body up in my soft fluffy gown and I just feel so safe and snug.

I like kimono gowns too, but I much prefer the soft fluffy types. It's like being full body hugged by a teddy bear.

Anybody else love a fluffy gown?

I has a black fluffy gown/bathrobe! But it's time for a new one. I wore the fluffyness out of it.

I prefer to walk around in my boxers, but sometimes robes are nice.

i have a couple lovely cotton kimonos. unfortunately lost an ebay auction last year for a lovely black painted silk robe from the 20s. even if it wouldn't have held up to everyday wear, it would have held up to being held up to my cheek..

I love the way the kimono ones look, they are so incredibly awesome, and I have a once fluffy black robe....but alas is no longer fluffy. It is hot though, so I just skipped the robes and put on a button down shirt.

    I wish I had a kimono one
Excuse me, but does this smell like chloroform to you?

why don't you buy a kimono then? I typically walk around in my wizardry robes. sometimes, though, when i feel rather dangerous, i put on a hat. </sarcasm>

Yeah, I almost didn;t buy a new one because it seems pointless in the weather, and I could only manage snugging for a little while before it got to hot to take anymore lol but I still needed it's comfort. It's like my little baby blanket, if I had an attachment to any such thing.
