    Default Staying up all night

Well lately I've been up til 6-7 am regularly. Today I've decided to stay up all night and to sleep at around 9 or 11 pm to get my schedule back to normal.

Any suggestions so that I don't fail? I've got caffeine covered, I have 1.5 liters of Green tea right next to me that I'm sipping on. I also just made this because I'm bored.

All that caffeine will actually make you dehydrated and tired and you'll crash by noon. Skip it and do something active all day. Find a pick up basketball game or take a long walk with some good music. Energize yourself. You'll be passed out by 8.

Ah, back in my college days, I had to pull a few zombie marathons in order to reset my internal clock.

Take a walk around the house to stretch your limbs every few hours and whatever you do, do not be tempted to fall asleep before 10PM else you risk throwing your system (even more) out of whack.

Wait, I confused myself. Are you staying up all day, after having stayed up all night, in order to correct your sleeping pattern? If yes, follow my advice. If no, please disregard. (It's been a while since I've slept, as well.)

Don't sit down much, and when you sit, sit upright.

Avoid caffeine, like jenocyde said. In fact, avoid caffeine in general. Caffeine confuses natural neurochemistry. Makes life fuzzy.

    Let willpower guide you.

A few years back, I had to prepare a quarterly project for some high-ticket clients. I stayed up for 61 consecutive hours.

Sucked. Take a 30 minute snooze.

    You'll thank yourself tomorrow.

You just need to make it to dawn. Keep moving all day. What time is it?

Go out to town, maybe there's an after party still going on somewhere. Do something with friends.
