You could just sort of swipe the chloroform across your nose a few times until you konk out, but I think the chloroform would vaporize to quickly to do any harm if you leave it at your face while sleeping. Unless you do this with the whole bottle at your nose... or if you spill heaps of it on the floor??? I've seen a nice big bottle of chloroform in chemistry labs, as chemists, it was normal to take your product to your lab demonstrator and have them sniff it, as you can tell if your product if the right one by smell quite effectively. I asked him the first time I did this, something like, what would you do if I brought a sample of chloroform instead of 1-bromobutane?

I'm up fair late right now. It's 7am. I've tried resetting the clock before, it doesn't do much, after a couple of days, you loose it again. What you can do is exactly what fluffers said. Exhaust the hell out of yourself. Bonus points if you can do it consistently at the same time.

2am? weren't you tired around 10pm or so?

I wonder what it'd be like to split the resetting up over two days.

He'll be back to going to sleep at dawn within a couple of days. I have a huge amount of experience in this area. I've found through extensive experience that the only ways to guarantee regular sleeping hours aren't some 2-bit 'resetting the body-clock' project, but rather a) getting a job and/or b) sleeping outdoors. Getting rid of your bedroom curtains could be a step in the right direction, assuming an INFP could countenance such an act.
