ugh, i had this happen to me one. minor hallucinations and all - worst part was when i wasn't imagining, and i'd find three little ants crawling over my leg.

and when you smush them and they smell gross.

professional sprayer. i hated the idea of killing lots of them and i hated the idea of icky pesticides and GOD was i glad when they were gone.

It's such an annoying thing because if I'm on my computer, like I am now, they sometimes start climbing all over my arms. What's worse is that waves of mass murder hasn't seemed to solve the problem. Their troop numbers seem endless. One day of killing doesn't impact their numbers for next.

So now whenever I get the slightest ich I compulsively check for ants. It's like my senses are on high alert and because of this I have a lot of 'false alarms'. Makes me think I'm going crazy. I think while writing this I checked five different times.

Yeah those poor wee ants and their psychological problems, must be hard being slaves to their bitchfaced queens, sometimes I wish I could be a tiny psychologist and help them deal with their issues.

Keep all of your food in a safe area and never leave any out in the open?
Vacuum the floors and clean the counters and tables and anywhere else that food residue could be?
Buy bugspray and spray it along the crease between your floor and the wall, throughout the entire house?

    This will not end well...
But it will at least be poetic, I suppose...

Hmm... But what if it does end well?
Then I suppose it will be a different sort of poetry, a preferable sort...
A sort I could become accustomed to...
