Where is the neither option? I'd rather not vote for Either One is Fine

Niether, I prefer the sprite type soft drinks, or root beer in root beer floats. I don't like the cola stuff.

    I don't drink these, sorry.

I'm fond of Vernor's, which is made by Cadbury-Schweppes and, I believe, formerly by Dr Pepper/Seven Up, which, coincidentally, makes Dr. Pepper, which happens to be the only cola I drink.

I'd be interested in trying the old style coke.

I practically have a 24/7 IV of Diet Coke, but I don't drink either regular Coke or regular Pepsi...and purely on taste, not because of diet concerns. I also don't like the sludgy film that gets on my teeth when I drink the regular kinds.

To digress, I have a pet theory that most people like either Mountain Dew or Dr. Pepper, but not both. Most who like one of them think the other is swill. Opinions?

For the record, I like Dr. Pepper and think Mountain Dew tastes as much like antifreeze as it looks.

I used to drink a lot of Mountain Dew (like 4+ liters a day). I still like it, but I don't want the extreme sugar/caffeine rushes anymore (I'm trying to be a bit more moderate on such things). It would still be a third or fourth choice, but good juices (and various other non-carbonated drinks) would be preferred to all but Vernor's the vast majority of the time. I usually drink whatever ginger ale I can get on airplanes (unless I drink juice, which happens, but it's rare).
