Every type can play, not just NFs please.
One of my good friends once compared himself and what he brought to our friendship as being like "your basic spaghetti bolognaise". People mostly like it and you can eat it for quite a few meals without getting sick of it. However it's pretty starchy, so you need some veggies to go along with it.
Other people are like condiments which are essential to enjoy the meal and create variety and interest, but the ratio of them to other food is critical.
