I would like to bottle it and preserve it forever - and I have - it is preserved forever in my iTunes.
Your voice is so soft and interesting. I confess, I thought it would be hard and rough and perhaps a little mad. But no, you have a dream voice. How lovely. You remind me of Robert Louis Stevenson. [He was a man, Victor.]
I keep thinking of things I would like to do with your voice. You could charm the savage beast, or call, "Cooee", deep in the Australian Bush, or with your warm muzzle whisper, "Victor", in my ear, but never, "farewell".
You seem to be having difficulty distinguishing positivity from creepiness, Victor
This is meant to be a light-hearted, sociable thread for people to share something of themselves; and I'm not particularly impressed by the way you're taking advantage of blue's participation in that sharing to make innuendo-laced comments towards her. I'm well aware that you and blue don't get on, but would it be too much to ask that you keep your differences with her to debates where they are in some way relevant? I'd be sorry if anyone was discouraged from posting their voices here because they saw that these kind of snide personal remarks were acceptable on the thread.
I have a "thing" for voices, so excuse me while I comment...

Awesome, you do indeed sound like a newscaster

Sorry, stigmatica, but I'd rather sing than talk! Eek.
Beautiful voice, seriously

I didn't imagine you sounding like that at all, but nice.

It requires Quicktime to convert that particular format, though... and Quicktime comes bundled with iTunes these days. I really don't want Apple's stuff on my computer, because I really don't trust it. I had it on there once, and I didn't like the effect it had on my system performance.
Ah, well. Who cares what bluemonday sounds like anyway? I gave up commercial music to show my disapproval of the whole IP/DRM thing, and I'm certainly not caving just to hear one person's voice.
EDIT: Nevermind. My VLC player somehow figured how to eliminate the static (must have been a glitch), and now it sounds fine. A little formal and prosaic, but fine. Sorry for the commotion.
Anyone who wants to listen to it, follow my link. There's a free player that will play any non-DRM protected file in that format.
It couldn't hurt to turn up your volume just a bit.
Wow, the sound of your language fascinated me; it's not really like anything I've heard before, it has some particularly unusual phoenomes and didn't really remind me of the slavic languages (which I would have expected it to be similar to). How does it relate to other languages?
*Maybe I'll get round to posting something in my own language (Welsh) for comparison, though I'm afraid that English is very much my first language and I've become even more stuck with it after living there for so long!*
