Yes! That was the first test. You caught a curve ball there.

Now all that's left is irony and construction.

Normally women are considered more emotional than men according to cultural stereotypes. Thus, if a woman makes a man cry, this is ironic.

Normally people are afraid of alligators. Thus, if a person manages to make an alligator afraid of them, this is ironic.

Can you come up with an example of something else that's ironic?

    Last exercise:

Create 3 different sentences that each include the words "night," "clock," and "fire."

When my clock yelled at night, I caught my pants on fire

This was abstraction inside of abstraction

    SHH!!!

Don't give him answers. He has to come up with his own. Now he can't use that one.

When a women opens a jar for a guy. When a cat chases a dog.

Let's fire her up and clock her on the night track.
'The night watchman's clock is on fire!' said Thomas in a panic.
You're fired for clocking in at night.

    All correct. You've graduated!

Now you understand abstract thinking. For this, you get a free "Intuition" card. This is a recognition of your achievement, and can either be kept and shown to others for pride, or traded in for an "N" in your type code.

If you feel like proving yourself one more time, come up with a pun. But you've already passed.

Thanks! I think I'll stay with what my intuition tells me I am, an S. I enjoyed your lesson. I'll keep that card handy.

You're welcome. I'm glad you decided to keep it. Between you and me, I think ISFPs are far more amusing and perceptive than INFPs anyway (but don't tell the INFPs I said that).

If they ask why you stuck with your type, say it's "Sensor Pride." They'll respect that.

No, you imagined it. I didn't say a thing about you. Get some sleep, come back in the morning, and look at it differently. You'll realize it wasn't really an insult, you were just feeling sensitive and vulnerable, and thus perceived it personally.
