How do ESFJs differ from one another, and how much do they vary from the baseline?

Don't take that tone with me. Clean your room.

    Exactly.

My ESFJ teachers loved to tell me how wrong I was.
They used body language. I do not understand it.
    My friends interpreted the message.

Did they know they were in the wrong?
    No.
They were honest because they did not know?

Honesty is only in the know.

They could have been in the right, though. How am I to know one where in the other, based on your anecdote?

    P.S. Stop slouching.

It is not about how. It is about what.

My teacher of religion addressed the class:
Jesus said: Thou shall not kill. Beyond physical killing, what did Jesus mean?

    I raised my hand.
I said: Do not kill animals.

The teacher said: This is not the answer.
    A girl raised her hand.
She said: Do not insult other people.

The teacher said: This is the correct answer.

    Who was in the right?
