Eh. Seems I can't operate polls.

Hair is a cool way for self expression so however it comes is fine by me, some people suit short styles, some long, others were born to be bald. That said often a funky kick-ass short style on men and women rocks my world

Well, the actual poll results are looking rather 1950s, here.
The men definitely lean toward wanting long hair on women, and the women definitely lean toward wanting short hair on men.

I typically like girls with longer hair/medium length hair.
I keep my hair short but NOT shaved. It is long enough to spike up with hair gel.

I think bald women are very pretty. There are some who can pull it off better than others though.

Also, guys can have whatever hair they like, though I prefer something that isn't military or bald and something that isn't 80's hairband. Anything else goes.

My ideal has always been the retro look for guys. The whole clean-cut, Cary Grant kinda thing.

For women - Anything really, although when it gets shorter than chin-length you need to have an absolutely stunningly beautiful chiselled face with small features to pull it off. Which most women in this world don't have. I think it's awful that so many middle-aged women have short hair; it makes them look tired of life. I mean, they clearly have it done because it's easier to maintain, but just knowing that makes them seem even more tired to me.

On men - My preferred cut is the typical short back and sides that most men have. It just frames men's faces nicely, especially if they have a good jawline Other than that, I do actually find bald men attractive, as long as they're tall and muscly (plus a bit of paunch is fine, but no beer belly) and have a good head shape with a defined jaw. Long hair is an instant turn-off for me, even shoulder-length.

Nope, not so, some may do so cause it's easier but that generalization is wrong.

Yeah but that's just how it appears. Certainly I've never seen a middle-aged woman who looks good with short hair, although there are possibly some out there, but like I said, to pull off short hair at any age you need to have a very beautiful face because it emphasises every feature.

My head is way too big and long to have short hair, so I cannot live up to your default preferences.

I prefer to have medium-short or medium length hair, and medium length on a girl.
