What is it you don't like about it athenian? the lack of clothing or the way it actually looks?

Personally I have no issues with it aside from finding it a very bad rendition of the female form for how unreal it looks.

But this is my avatar from another forum:

    Would that bother you too?

I'm just curious what it is about the picture that most upsets you, I don't like his avatar, but that's from an aesthetic angle.

Maybe it's because I live in decadent Europe, but I didn't bat an eye. Don't you have to lead a pretty sheltered life in order not to see much more provocative images on a regular basis?

Edit: Just saw Sahara's post. QED.

Who approves of Cafe's avatar? That one gives me quite a boner, too! It's woman in her ideal form -- with no flaws. Sahara has a lovely avatar, too! Hers is so sexy and hot!

There, it's something more conventional, now!

I don't think Ubi should have been required to change his avatar any more than Natrushka should have when Sona didn't like it.

My personal opinion of the avatar in question is irrelevant; it's not mine to change.

I know that I need to be tolerant of people with different values and tastes, but I don't see anything wrong with complaining a little to others who might agree, especially about something as morbid as that. I just want to know if I'm the only one bothered.
I did not know there was a crime more heinous than the murder of six million Jews.

    Stupid of me.

But he wasn't required to change it, was he? He did so voluntarily.

That's true. My point wasn't that he was forced to change his avatar, but that the whole reason for the thread's existence was pretty much illegitimate.

Now I know why J.D. Salinger became a recluse in America.

Because he became the topic of various referenda on personal taste?
