From logical perspective I is reasonable to presume that this forum will not exist forever. It could last for decades but when it comes to centuries the odds are against it and on the scale of billions of years chances are pretty much zero.
How will this forum end?
Will people in charge of it get bored by it?
Will their childern be uninterested to keep it running once they are gone?
Will problems with equipment be the one that will do the trick?
Will entire internet crash time?
What other members think about this?

i think you've lost your ever lovin mindThere can’t be any large-scale revolution until there’s a personal revolution, on an individual level. It’s got to happen inside first.-Jim Morrison

I've thought about this for at least a whole minute. I've had a forum die on me before. It was replaced by a bigger and better similar version.
As to how this forum will end...I don't know. I do not know. It's inevitable though. Innit, eh?You can't always do it right, you can always do what's left.
Thoughts rearrange. Familiar now strange. All my skin is drifting on the wind.~

“Pleasure to me is wonder—the unexplored, the unexpected, the thing that is hidden and the changeless thing that lurks behind superficial mutability. To trace the remote in the immediate; the eternal in the ephemeral; the past in the present; the infinite in the finite; these are to me the springs of delight and beauty.” ~ H.P. Lovecraft

I always thought our accumulated thoughts on hard drive would be sold for $1:99 on ebay.

It starts with ads, always with ads.
Then the trolls will come.

The enfj preferenced folks who constructed it will find that somehow everyone else will deconstruct it all on their own. Or. The Myan calender is correct. So in roughly 4 years from now we'll see. Plug your ears. And yes, "plug your ears" is cheleleoned (chomeleon used as a verb) or more appropriately stolen from Sergio Aregones

It will end in much the same way we will. People and volcanic gasses will polute it to the extent that it will actually survive but the people on it will not survive while being in the state of association with it. Without it's people, who are constantly organizing on it as an organization, it doesn't exist. It does exist but no one is aware of it's existance. Kinda along the lines of "does a bear shit in the woods" "if it does" ect. It started with but only one. It will end with but only one. Ya Ya (J's) I know i'm the last one. Anyway. If you look at that avatar.
It's an air cleaner. It's in the sky. It's looking down on us. And Yes i only thought of that after i posted it. The next soon coming ice age will not provide very much survivors. Probably because the only organization that could have saved us lives in a relationship bubble Nevertheless, The earth it's self will survive but those on it may not.

And if I only could,
I'd make a deal with God,
And I'd get him to swap our places,
Be running up that road,
Be running up that hill,
With no problems.
