Actually...it was MY California thread and then you guys ran all up in there with your freakin' Texan-ness!! And you already had a freakin' Texas Brotherhood freakin' thread going already!

    I'm still sore about that.

But, then I remember I'm still from CA and I become happy again.

Texans don't need to go to bars, we get drunk off our own awesomeness.

    OMG!!!!!

You know, the Brotherhood is not regionally affiliated. We'll take members of all nations, races, creeds, or STATES!!!!!

We just happen to have began in Texas.

Ya'll pinned that whole Texas label on us.

We're simply The Brotherhood for now.........until due to copyright laws we may have to change.

    Just iPhone/Pod accessories.
Ones you can't even really use because all the practical ideas are spoken for.

You should be sad too. As a culture we should be embarrassed, but we're not 'cause we're "the greatest country in the world" especially texas "the proudest state in the U.S."

    What a waste of potential.
Waste of that hard-earned, blood-expensive freedom.

I have thought the same thing before. It almost feels as if we are beginning to de-evolve as humans. What I mean is, we have reached the point where we are proficent in surviving. Assuming one is in good health, he/she no longer needs to worry about surviving like we had to in the past. And aside from maybe the computer, we haven't invented many really great things in like 100 years, because we have everything we need. We're just making alot of improvements and accessorizing what we already have now. Not to mention that most people act like they're simply bored out of their minds... and I think they are.

Also, I don't like the fact that our western culture promotes independence and selfishness so much. It does not inspire people towards altruism and togetherness and the result is, imho, a gradual movement towards extinction.

Did you know that the richest woman in the world, Lilliane Bettencourt, (age 84, worth $14 billion) only had one child in her life? Is this smart?

iPhone rules and is by far the best phone to ever hit the market.

But on the other hand, I understand the anguish and how it just feels like our culture is over stimulated and spoiled. I have a love/hate relationship with the materialistic world.
