I'm wondering when the fast food industry is going to start offering do-it-yourself angioplasty kits as an additional side item in their extra value meals.

So far so good, it was a tasty little morsel.

FYI, you can get a "Grilled" Double Down instead of the "Traditional" (aka "Fried") version. I kind of see that as selling out but I might try it one day just to see how it compares to the "heart attack special."

It's a pricey combo at $8.02 including tax, and that was for regular size, so no 982 ounce soda and 4 pounds of fries, just a little of each, and that's fine by me, I'm in it for the chicken, bacon, and cheese.

Oh my. Leave it to the expert number cruncher to ask this. Bastard.
    Googling now...

590 calories for the sandwich alone, and a ballpark for the small fries at 450 calories? So, a little over half a normal person's daily caloric intake in one meal. EXCELLENT!!! It's nice being 6'1" and 235 pounds, I have a little more lee way than a person with a more normal body mass/metabolism. OK, I'm basically a human garbage disposal. There. I said it. I eat healthy 90% of the time, but when I do go junkie, I go all out.
