In spite of all the extra's in it, muesli just isn't tasty.
    Healthy. That should do...

Impressive! I think baking from scratch and going all out with the frosting is a dying art. Thanks to prefab microwave pastries and store bought. Thumbs up!

I posted this elsewhere, but I should start a meal delivery program on Fri. Veggie, 1200 calories a day. I shall tell you if it's good or not, because if it's nasty I will be complaining about it bitterly. And posting pictures to share with you all.

Today in my mad rush to finish an assignment, I ate a disgusting 'mozarella and tomato ciabatta' sammich. From StarF*cks. Bland and fattening, the best combination.

I know, I shouldn't be so down on them but all their coffee tastes like a syrupy pillaging of my taste buds. Every mixed drink I've had from them has been disgustingly sweet (I don't understand, no matter how much sugar you put in something, there's a limit to how sweet it can taste, right???) and/or looked like a hot or cold mess.

Why'd I go? I needed to pick up a newspaper for my assignment so I tried to one stop shop. And I had a snickerdoodle. And a chai latte. The snickerdoodle was not nearly as sweet as my chai latte. The combination of caffeine and sugar shot me to the finish line and I finished the paper on time. Now I think I'm sweating the rest of the caffeine and sugar out of my pores...nice.

Then around 9pm I ate a chicken sammich from Jack-In-The-Box. Because I am healthy like that.

And an oreo milk shake with whipped cream

That reminds me of "European style" oatmeal. At least, that's what they call at Corner Bakery or one of those other sandwich/pastry shops that cater to the 9-5 set. They serve it cold. It's fruitier than sweet. Very interesting texture, but I prefer it warm.

I agree with your assessment of the sweet drinks. I usually stick to plain coffee or espresso when I go there so I can sweeten it the way I like, but if you like the flavors just ask for less syrup. They put a predetermined number of pumps of syrup in each drink, just ask them how many pumps go in a normal one and ask for less. You'll still get a hint of the flavor without all the sugar. It's a shame that they do that because I actually like the flavor of their espresso. Their regular drip coffee on the other hand always tastes burned to me.
Everybody have fun tonight. Everybody Wang Chung tonight.

I had Pizza Pan last night, and have some left over. If you've ever had Pizza Pan pizza, you can get three pizzas for the price of one. I often wonder how they stay in business...

I liked a Hamburger Helper flavor called Southwestern Beef. It was my favorite flavor. Unfortunately, they don't make it anymore.

(Or did I already mention this?)
