I need to eat breakfast, but I'm too bored to bother. Someone kick me in the ass, please?

No, I couldn't do a workout for hours if I ate that. But I am now hungry enough to go mix some cottage cheese, oats and berries. Muchos gracias, Mousey.

You may just be too tired to eat (from the excersize.)

I'm still full from dinner. I made a perfectly crusted tri tip roast that was nice and pink on the inside with fresh cut oven french fries. Mmmmmm.

I went to In-N-Out at 1:00 or so in the AM and had some well-done freedom fries. Delicious! Also a small soda.

Then I drove all over. My leg is all cramped up.
