I am eating a lot of orange things for lunch.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Yup, hummus! With a big ol' chunk of garlic that didn't get minced, and I didn't notice until I almost ate it.

In DC we have a plethora of food trucks that travel to different locations around the District every day to serve lunch.

Today there were several parked close to my office, and I decided to try one out (for the first time).

I picked the one with the largest line (about 30 people), and waited.

The truck I had chosen was the Sol Mexican Grill Truck:

I had heard how everyone loved the food trucks and was really excited. I was also starving.

I ended up getting a Steak burrito:

It was delicious, especially the green tomatillo salsa I got on it!

I hope to try most of the food trucks out soon!

DB, If you're going to get a burrito up here, you have to go to Chipotle.

I had a Chipotle right by where I lived back in Jacksonville.

They do make a damn fine burrito.

Up in PA, we swear by the Amish Potato Salad. Pennsylvania Dutch is the way to go.
