Hey daddio, read the thread title.

It clearly says "Edgar explains it all", not "Random INTP chimes in"
Listen to me, baby, you got to understand, you're old enough to learn the makings of a man.

    Edgar,
Please trace the origins of the words "nickname" and "private dick" for me?

Quite far up there, about the entrance of the collon
"Where can you flee? What road will you use to escape us? Our horses are swift, our arrows sharp, our swords like thunderbolts, our hearts as hard as the mountains, our soldiers as numerous as the sand. Fortresses will not detain us, nor arms stop us. Your prayers to God will not avail against us. We are not moved by tears nor touched by lamentations."

I think you might have misunderstood a little.

I just explain things, I don't actually do any research.

    QUESTION:

A co-worker of mine got really mouthy with me on the phone and is of the opinion he would be victorious if there were a physical confrontation between us [No way in hell!]. There is a gym nearby that has a boxing ring and pads/gloves for those that wish to use them. I am going to invite him to join me for some exercise there. If he refuses I need something snide to say. Thoughts?

Oh you don't really have to be clever about it.

The trick to it is to bring it up every time you guys are taking "jabs" at each other in front of other co-workers - stuff like "Man, if Bobby was as good at boxing as he is at talking smack, he would be a heavy weight champion... to bad he's not much of a sportsman"

But remember to do it in a very friendly, joking manner. With lots of smiles and pats on the back. That way when he finally explodes on you in front of other people, he's going to be the crazy asshole, not you.
