Default The Worst Possible Ending to "Harry Potter"?

Come up with the worst possible ending you can imagine to the Harry Potter series.

Sort of along the lines of, "And then he woke up and it was all a dream!" -- but worse, if possible...

[hint: If you can imagine riots at Borders in Munich, Rome, New York, and Rio de Janero because of your ending, then you are on the right track.]

To trace the remote in the immediate; the eternal in the ephemeral; the past in the present; the infinite in the finite; these are to me the springs of delight and beauty.” ~ H.P. Lovecraft

Voldemort (oh, yes, I did just name him) corrupts Harry. Harry greatly grows in power eventually superseding and killing Voldemort, then goes on his own unstoppable reign of terror.

Actually, that would be kinda cool.

I agree. The real ending is going to be anti-climatic now

Voldemort is closing in on Harry. When Harry draws his wand, Voldemort laughs.

"You'll shoot your eye out, kid!" Voldemort chortles. Evilly.

Harry has his wand at the ready, several spells in mind, and his heart burns to avenge his parents...he thinks of Dumbledore and his anger swells...then they engage and it's combat to the death! Spell, jinx, hex, thrust and parry, duck and dodge but Harry's too slow by a fraction of a second and suddenly he's falling...falling...falling...

...and he wakes up in bed and it's Christmas Day, and he goes downstairs where his dad gives him a Red Ryder BB gun ... and he is wearing a pink bunny outfit.

I did not forget the bunny suit! I omitted it for the sake of brevity.

    Fixed!

I think he who must not be named owns the lamp that must not be named.

Yeah, except it's made from a real person's leg.

I kneed a lamp like that.

Oooo, oooh, I have one, I have one! --

After Harry beats He Who Is Not to Be Named, he pulls off the villain's mask, and it's old man Dumbledor in disguise, and he grouses, 'I would have gotten away with it if it wasn't for you meddling kids!"

Either that, or it's Richard Simmons, but you can take your pick. Either way, it's terrible.

As Harry is in the midst of his final standoff against Voldemort, tension thick, wands drawn...flying unicorns and Care-Bears magically arrive to settle everything...and Harry and Voldemort hug it out. As peaceful rainbows shoot through the air, Woodsy Owl shows up to say, "Give a Hoot, Don't Pollute."
