If my perception is correct, and it always is, one of the major "conflicts" in the mind of the OP poster wasn't even NT-NF. If you take me meaning, lols.

I don't want a bear hug and I like NFPs.

It's not NTs, in general, that have a problem with NFs. It's a few outspoken INTPs. They come to conclusions that can't be verified by a third party, that can only validated in their head. It's actually a self defense mechanism. The most entertaining course of action would be for you to call them out by name.

The stronger your beliefs are, the less open you are to growth and wisdom, because "strength of belief" is only the intensity with which you resist questioning yourself. As soon as you are proud of a belief, as soon as you think it adds something to who you are, then you've made it a part of your ego."

This is quite funny now.. I never thought you guys would take it so seriously. I know what Jack means actually cos this thread was born out of a thread started by a suspect ISTJ (however, my fragile heart would never accept that a ISTJ would treat his shadow so ) but I really was just meaning it as a joke guys, in response to a couple of threads ranting on about NFs LOL and as a result of a whisical chat with Bluemonday. Oh and Lateralus please don't make such a suggestion to an ENFP because I am so impulsive before I know it I would have press sent on like ten names of people who I am not really sure are even on this forum before thinking anything through and then wonder why people want my guts LOLOL oh the joys of being impulsive

Translation: The crazy ISTJ is "terrorizing" the NF boards while pretending to be an NT. He is dead set on convincing everyone that feeling is whimsical and devoid of thought.

Example: I woke up today. I felt like my neighbor was a pedophile. I felt like stabbing the cat. I felt like jumping out the kitchen window. No thought process in between these "feelings".

If anything, I find it hilarious. :yim_rolling_on_the_

I'm not seeing an adequate peace accord drafted by the NF's. I can't hold back my forces forever...
