Aesthetically beautiful, a lion, symbol of power, and roaring, yet doesn't seem scary or angry like lions usually do when they roar, has a bit wistful look in its eyes. Made of stone - lasts forever, could be damaged only by nature's forces, erosion. Lion's got noble vibe, not arrogant.
Wants honour, and respect.
Nice. I try to analyze yours in return.
Elephant, a sort of tribal matriarchal symbol of strenght and modern awareness about environment. The lack of colors gives the avatar a classical look, a sign that adds historical value. Walking past the dusts of time, the elephant still has some sharp, masculine edge to it, sweeping past the sands like in some car commercial.
Timeless reason, and wisdom.

I'm not THAT ancient.
Hmm, a polar bear, rough powerful figure that is unable to adapt to the changing conditions fast enough. Still, believing in it's values, bares his teeth and gives this attitude, "I'm not going to surrender without a fight."
well first i like the new one...but when i look at it i hear or get the feeling that inside your head there's a deafening stream of questions so much so that it's hard to pay attention to anything else....it's unsettling.
