My avatar pic was taken of my bunnies living with us last year.
(Now they live in the countryside with a friend of us.)
While they were with us they warmed up our hearts so much.

I LOVE Byzantine history, culture, art, theology, basically anything & everything Byzantium so my avatar is Byzantium's greatest & most famous monument: Hagia Sophia.

I choose my avatar(s) and signature(s) carefully. I fancy myself as having a dual-nature. I am positive and upbeat most of them time. OTOH I have a serious/contemplative as well that doesn't surface often.

i found this image on deviantart.com and thought it resembled me some physically, mentally--as she appears to be seeking knowledge, romantic but not in an overt way, etc. however, it wasn't "me" enough personality-wise, so i re-designed it. adding a bit of an edge with horns and quite a few other things.

after all, i'm not an angel all of the time.

I adopted my avatar to continue a running gag on INTP Central:

"Throw a brick at [his/her] car!"

That was in 2005, and in true P-ish fashion I never bothered to change it.

Pretty obvious I like punk music and Operation Ivy is one of my favorites. Same for the name I use it everywhere.
    Question everything especially yourself.

    Ah!

I was going to ask if it was the name of a punk rock group -- a friend of mine I worked with in the 90's was very very into punk (and not trendy punk, but the very underground things), and your avatar and the name Operation Ivy seemed very much to be that sort of thing...

I still have a "No Idea" t-shirt here somewhere; I don't know if the magazine is still around, but the cartoonist was good.

My prize punk shirt isn't even wearable anymore, well actually I have two.

The first one is a Misfits shirt from the 80's Crimson Fiend, with so many holes in it the teeth are completely see through.

My other one is a Flogging Molly signed by every member of the band
