Three, with the exception of incorrect lighting (flash).

I would say that the hair looks better (you can see the color and highlights most clearly; the hair is neither flat nor bushy - which is what turned me off from four). The eyes are more clearly visible (partially due to the make up). And she also has a different aura. That's also what turned me against four. She does not seem as vibrant and alive in four, even though the lighting is probably better.

Because bright white eyes and dark eyelashes (or eyeliner) are attractive. Simple.

The hair is really strange on 2 and there's less contrast in 1's eyes.

Interesting results - seems like everyone agrees, overall.

They look more mundane. I think it's the eyes?

Just to be clear, these aren't real pictures They are combinations of pictures grouped by rankings.

I'm actually surprised by the number of #3s I got - the previous opinion was did not prefer #3 at all.

I wonder if the ordering of the pictures has a dramatic impact on people o_O

I think one is less attractive because the face seems fatter, maybe. And two because the hair looks wiry and aged. Three is probably most people's pick cause she looks to me like she'd do you; kind of a sex kitten. Four has a vibrant complexion and her hair ain't wacky and her face ain't chubby.

That's my analysis. I think pictures one, two and four have pretty much the exact same eyes, so I don't think that's the difference; although in three, I notice the eyes look bigger and more awake; prolly that highlight running along the lower lid; I own a white eyeliner pencil that is supposed to give the same effect.

My initial pick was number one, for the record. But after pondering it more, it's prolly between her and four. They look the healthiest to me; it's probably their complexion.

It's interesting how my brain said for number 3,
"No don't pick her, she's too attractive!"

    I went with 4.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

I picked 2, and I liked 1 and 2 better than the others. 4 looks really average to me, and 3 looks like every sorority girl I've ever seen. I thought one and two were just prettier and more unique-looking overall.
