    1. No.

    2. Perhaps. Some heritages involve more pride in being it (like, I always hear people bragging about being Italian or Greek or Native American)

    3. Somewhat...though I don't feel much affinity toward my own country most of the time, either.

    4. Probably. I'm the 5th generation here, so there isn't much connection to what was before.

And as for my heritage, it's Danish (both sides of the family), Welsh, Scottish, English, Irish, and German...basically a northern european mutt. Whee.

    Sorry...
awh that's ok! We're all friends here
Is it that by its indefiniteness it shadows forth the heartless voids and immensities of the universe, and thus stabs us from behind with the thought of annihilation, when beholding the white depths of the milky way?

LA, california and urban areas in general i find are totally different

YES there is an impact, YES you would act different, YES we feel an affinity towards "where we came from" because most people are immigrants or first generation here anyway. and how many generations make a difference....thats hard to say, really..its all circumstantial

Just saying what, the entire thing? And I'm actually more "from" California... since I only moved up here about 6 years ago.

Mostly a mix of English, Scottish and Irish, and my great-grandmother on my dad's side was Choctaw.
