I'm a boomer and have actually been working on portable computers (hey that's what they were called and it weighed 33 lbs) since 1983. Was using spreadsheets and presentation software before Lotus or Excel or Powerpoint existed

To confess, you and I are the same age

Dood, my own roommates tried to get my age out of me just tonight and I refused to tell them. They said I was paranoid. I agreed. Hahaha, no I'm not paranoid but you have to understand, my own family tells me that women shouldn't tell their age. And a whole crew of women I know refuse to reveal their age to anyone, including their close friends. So they have bday parties you just don't know what age to wish them. I almost wish I were living in a new city just so I could start with a clean slate. Alas, a number of my college classmates (and friends) live here with me and we're all 1-2years apart. Dammit!

    LOL.

I was playing with Bucky O Hare figures when you were born.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.
