    I know, my parents were also born in that transition from boomers to GenX; actually, my paternal grandmother was born at the start of the boom. My self and my GenX uncle tend to be the family computer techs. My great aunt (paternal grandfather's little sister) thinks she knows a lot, but breaks things worse before she calls me; everyone else either calls one of us or gives up.
