Hmmm it seems that your cheese knowledge greatly surpasses my own. Enduring 10 minutes might be tough...I would have settled with a "Gouda is freaking delicious/awesome!"

Anyway, I feel like I should probably contribute something to the OP of this thread...Ok, I broke up with someone because I really hated his haircut and because as a full-grown man he weighed about 120 lbs (he's a feather-weight boxer). Yeah, I'm not ginormous, but I am most definitely larger than 120 lbs...and it bothered me that he was so skinny!

Oh, you wouldn't have to "endure" it...I can make cheese talk seem like Christmas, your birthday, and ten Super Bowls wrapped up together.

But I don't want to oversell it.

Are you sure you mean '1'? I hope you don't mean 1.

but really... a 10 minute discussion of goat cheese? To this day, everytime I say his name, my friends burst into the chorus of "Green Acres."
    He sounds awesome.

-How beautiful, this pale Endymion hour.
    -What are you talking about?
-Endymion, my dear. A beautiful youth possessed by the moon.
-Well, forget about him and get to bed.
    -Yes, my dear.

Depending on your feelings on wine complementing cheese, I could be in love.

I had already been dating this guy for quite a while. He was an ESTP and pretty awesome personality wise. I knew it was over the day we went and ate some super spicy mexican food. He began sweating profusely (literally dripping). I couldn't finish my dinner. I knew then how much I loved spicy food and would never again be able to share such a meal with this person.

No I didn't! We're still buddies! Actually, he moved away and I only talk to him once or twice a year, but still...
