Default Does The Weather Affect Your Mood?

I've noticed that when it is sunny outside I am usually in a good mood. Up-beat, friendly. When the weather is all dreary with dark clouds, and rain I can be anywhere from angry to depressed. These moods get extreme for me on the dismal days. Especially if I am alone. : /

and it is all reinforced by the season. To me, it appears to be a matter of light, rather than weather, but of course: sunny weather goes with a lot of light

the weather does affect my mood, but i get very angry when it's bright and sunny, i guess because the sun is an evil death star that burns me with it's uv rays and makes the temperature very uncomfortable.
Snow and cold weather make me the happiest.
Rain makes me feel excited. Thunderstorms make me the most excited. Dark clouds and drizzle make me feel nostalgic.

    Yes

Cold, Raining, Grey Skies = Happy, more energetic
Hot & Humid out, Sun is shining = Irritable, even more reclusive (if that's possible)

Basically I'm the guy who rarely goes outside during the summer, but will be running around like an idiot during a thunderstorm.

I don't think that the weather affects my mood, because I grew up in a cloudy, rainy, snowy climate and now live in Southern California, and I'm happy and sad in equal measure in both places.

Yes, the weather impacts my mood quite a bit. When I was living in NY the winter months massively depressed me. It's wonderful to be back in California!

^ Yes! Well, I don't exactly run around in the rain, and I'm not partial to snow, but I prefer it immensely to the heat and sun and the general shittiness that is summer. I get worse sleep when it's hot, I'm grumpier, and very easily irritable. I'm much more likely to be friendly, happy, and sociable when it's cold and foggy outside. Oh how I do love cold, foggy/overcast days.

Weather doesn't really affect my mood. I do enjoy storms though. I live in NY, and visually, winter is probably my favorite season.

But the humid heat of the upstate NY summer it terrible.

Ha. I was just the opposite. I never felt like upstate NY got very warm at all. Usually it was under 90, which is perfectly comfortable for me.
